I don't think dropping temperature for one hour would even phaze them, they are much hardier when they are in lockdown, you say they are on day 19? don't worry yet! Give em a bit longer before you panic, hatching is hard work and it takes a while sometimes!

I have had eggs under a broody hen pip and then sit there twiddling their thumbs for eighteen hours. Then they hatched, all at once. While it's always encouraging to hear peeping in eggs that are on the verge of hatch, the only times I've had eggs peep at me was when they were jostled around. I think they're sleeping in there after pip, and don't say anything until they wake up or get disturbed.

*Agreed with others*

They stop and rest alot, and I'm sure that's what your babies are doing.

Higher temps speed development up..Maybe that's why they are hatching early?

Best of wishes to y'all!
