So we put the eggs in lockdown today and as I was peeking through the window tonight, I noticed a small cracked area that almost resembles the beginning of a pip. I had my granddaughter helping me move the eggs from the bator to the hatcher and I'm hoping she didn't accidentally drop an egg and not say anything. The membrane is Intact and the piece of egg that's missing is smaller than a pencil eraser . Should I leave it alone or try to cover it with something?
