When my broody got up off the nest tonight I noticed there was a cracked egg, it wasn't leaking and the membrane was still intact but the shell around it was cracked(almost like a hard boiled egg cracks). I candled it and luckily it wasn't fertile. Do you think she cracked it because she knew it wasn't fertile, or she stepped on it or did it on purpose? I have some sultan eggs under her and I don't want them to get cracked, should I move them into my 'bator?

I always find the hen knows best...I've always left my broodys alone and never candled...after all she is the perfect incubator and if one is not meant hatch she will know it....
