Cracked eggs

Our white easter egger Finaly started laying but she is a menace.
She goes in the nesting box and shoves or steps on any other chicken in there till they leave
And she will try to kick their eggs out of the box.
How can I curbe this behavior so we do not have cracked eggs?

New layers are often rowdy, scratching up the nests.
Might help to have more than one nest....and to gather eggs frequently until they settle into laying.
