I'm not a game person, but I do know there are lots of varieties of specialized game birds, each with a "name". They're like variations within the breed, if I understand right. One of the game guys can explain in better, I'm sure.

I'm not familiar with games, but I've heard of warhorse gamefowl (sometimes called bacon warhorse I think?) Haven't heard of the other two. There's so many variations and bloodlines out there.
