I had 17 eggs under broody hen and obviously(to me anyways-camera won't capture their differentnesses) these 2 are mixed chix that weren't supposed to happen and have learned from my mistake. One pic should be what I am calling Barred Australorp(yes a mutt-a barred rock/black australorp) and 2nd pic should be Black Faverolles(another mutt-black austrlorp/salmon faverolles). Like the people making designer dogs only I keep my babies and learn from my mistake. I NOW know hens can carry the sperm of roo for 2 weeks(if not longer!!) These chix are very pretty in person and as i said camera is very not good and I am even worse at taking pixs. The mutt black faverolles has the ear muffs(can't see in pic) and leg feathers
