Crazy Big Egg with 3 Yolks and Odd Color ... Help!

Ok guys, help me out here. This pic was one egg...it was gigantic. The question is about that white yolk, I didn't feel safe eating it so we put it down the sink but the white one was chunky..yuck! Does this indicate a problem or was it just an odd part of the cycle?

How chunky?
Always good to cut the odd stuff in half or more and take pics of each stage of dissection.
Hopefully it was just a glitch and you'll never wee it again.
What is age(in weeks) and breed of your birds and how long have they been laying?
