Crazy Guinea Fowl

Hello! I have two Guinea Fowl, who are crazy! They are very flighty, and never let you hold them. They are getting big enough, that they should go outside with the rest of the flock (my chickens). But I'm worried that they will just fly away, as that is what our last batch did. Hoping someone has some info on how to tame these birds! Thanks!
