Crazy weather, can my chicks enjoy it too?

I was wondering with the upcoming weather predicted:

Friday- Sunny 76
Saturday- Sunny 86
Sunday- Sunny 86

Can the chickies (2 weeks old) maybe spend a little while in a small pen I plan to make on the lawn during the warmest part of the day? I ask cause this type of weather doesn't usually happen around here till June! I thought it would be neat for them to explore. Though I didn't want to take chances if there was some reason they shouldn't that I didn't know about.

Just make sure the top of the pen is covered with an old screen or something similar. I had mine out last week when it hit 70 degrees for one day ( woohoo 70 degrees)

We have a lot of hawks, and believe me they saw them. I had one of my dogs who I can trust near the chicks also, but those hawks sat right in that tree watching.
