ok i am sooo irratated i have a LG bator and i have followed directions relilgously and my eggs arent hatching right. so i was on here and decided by much good advice to go buy different thermometers and a hygrometer.... WEEEELLLLLL now i got two digital thermometer hygrometer mixes and they read different results the original thermometer that came with my bator says its 105 while the others read 99-102 and the back up thermometer reads... over 100 i think.... WHICH ONE IS RIGHT IM GOING CRAZY!

put the thermometer (if it can be immersed) Into a cup of water and crushed ice. It should read 32. You can use the one that came with thebator if you test it. If it is off then slide it up or down accordinly and tape it in place so it registers 32. Now you can test the other thermometers against it.

no you can not put the dig in water, just put the one that came with the bator in the ice water. and what day are you on? could take up to 23 days to hatch

could you put the digital one in a ziploc baggie and then put it in ice water?
