There are a number of respiratory diseases. Infectious bronchitis virus is one that causes frequent sneezing and congestion. Antibiotics do not treat viruses. Mycoplasma gallisepticum or MG which is sometimes called CRD, can cause eye bubbles or foam, swollen eyelid or face, head shaking, congestion, and others. Coryza, and ILT are others with more severe symptoms. Tylosin is a good medication to try in case of MG. Debbie above has given info on it already.
