Cream Legbar vs Welsummer @ 10 weeks

Here’s the (short) backstory. We picked up one Cream Legbar & one Welsummer baby chick in April (and many many others, chicken math). After one week, one of them failed to thrive. Which one do we still have?? We picked up an additional Cream Legbar the following week, so here are photos of both chicks taken today @10 weeks. The for sure Legbar has the crest, is the other one a Legbar too (with no crest) or is it a Welsummer? There are also a SL Wyandotte & Easter egger (etc) prominently featured in a couple of these snaps, let me know if you need me to mark the photos up.

That one we added later from a reputable breeder, but that other one we keep going back and forth on We’ll find out about the bigger one for sure when they start laying lol

The crested one is the Legbar. The other is either a Welbar or Olive egger. It's not a Welsummer because it has barring not a Legbar because it lacks a crest.

My cream legbar hen is not crested, her offspring are crested, but they are mixed. I don't have a legbar roo.
