Cream Legbar with a straight leg?

We have just hatched two Cream Legbars. Unfortunately one of them is holding its leg strangely. It keeps all its weight on one leg with the other stretched out in front. We had a look to see if it could bend but it seemed very stiff. We have been told it probably isn’t spraddled and that it might be a vitamin deficiency. Any ideas or recommendations?

It doesn’t look splayed to me. With that said I would still treat it as if it were. Won’t hurt and may help. Do you have any chick vitamins you could add to the water?
