crested fntails

I see some fantails have a crest and featherless feet (not the indian fantail)is it still n pure breed .

Yes, Fantails are clean-legged and plain headed and have a more extreme pose, holding their head on their backs with the chest puffed out. Indian Fantails have a normal stance aside from the upright fanned tail, and have crests and muffs.
