Crevecouer Needs a Girlfriend

I hatched two batches of chickens in the spring, with one "mystery egg" in the incubator. A week ago, mystery chicken began to crow. We are not allowed to have roosters in town (not sure we're allowed hens either but I'll ask forgiveness, if reported). I moved funky chicken to my dad's house, intending to take him to local animal auction, but my dad fell in love with this silly bird and would like to have a friend for him. Does ANYONE have a hen to sell, OR fertile eggs I could hatch out?

I'm not positive it's a crevecouer but it's not a Polish or Ayam Cemani.
