Crisco soap?

does anyone that likes to make soap have a recipe that used Crisco? I seem to remember that it can be done but can't seem to find the ingredience. Any help would be great!

Make sure any recipe you get, no matter from where! you run it through a lye calculator. I like Soapcalc.com the best.

As a soap maker, I very Very strongly reccomend that you weigh your ingredients and do not use volume. This is even more important if you are doing smaller batches. You do not want a lye heavy soap!

Learn to use a soap calculator. They are a soap makers best friend! This one is my favorite www.soapcalc.com
Look at the link to the soapmakers reference thread in my signature. And there is a ton of info in the soap makers thread, alot of good stuff in the begining pages.

Millersoap.com and Teachsoap.com both have good recipes and info for beginers.
