I noticed one of my Barred Plymouth Rock hens toes are curled and look broke. I did a little digging and found this can be corrected, only she is about 2 months old and I'm not sure how long it's been this way. I didn't notice until about a week ago and tried the method of providing a splint type boot only she keeps getting it off and at this point I'm afraid I caught it too late and there's no correcting it. Basically I'm asking if it is too late to try and fix or will I be able to help her? Thanks in advance for any help!

Can you get some photos of her standing?

Are the toes Crooked or Curled?

If Crooked, then likely you will not be able to correct them https://poultrykeeper.com/skeletal-muscular-nervous/crooked-toes/

If Curled, possibly you may be able to correct them by splinting or wrapping and providing vitamin therapy. Give her 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily. https://poultrykeeper.com/skeletal-muscular-nervous/curled-toes/

It looks exactly the same when she's standing as it does in the attached photo. When I try to straighten them out it seems to cause her pain and the middle toe is curled and crooked the outside one is just curled

Oh, O.k. Well, then if you read the links posted previously ☝️then you should be able to see that she has Crooked Toes. Yes, trying to correct or straighten Crooked Toes would be painful, they generally are not correctable, so the bird usually adapts.

Do monitor the feet regularly for any sores and bumblefoot and trim nails as needed.
