Crooked toes/foot. What do I do? PICS INCLUDED!

I was watching my 7 week olds today when I noticed one had crooked toes. I never noticed before.Here is a picture....

We got her from TSC's Chick Days. She has always been the smallest and she isnt that mobile. She basically lays down all the time although she is a bit more active now then she was when we first got her but she still isnt as active as the others. What is this? Will she be ok? Is there anything I can do for her? Should I seperate her from the rest? Thanks.
