Crooked Toes. Untreated?

I know that there's a chick deformity where chicks toes are crooked and are treatable. I'm wondering if my Lilac (Thief) hatched with crooked toes, but for whatever reason, I never noticed it till now.
She hatched at the end of April of this year. One of the chicks I got with her also had a deformity: crossbeak.

It looks like the case to me. It doesn't look severe though.
