I had a scare yesterday! I was checking on my 3 week old babies, and saw one with this huge bubble on his chest. I had never seen anything like it before and thought he might have gotten bitten by something. A little later, I realized that at least 3 or 4 others had this problem. After searching, I found information about enlarged crops from eating too much. The information continued with instructions to wait until morning and expect things to return to normal. Well, I just want to say that although the crops are still a little larger than normal, they aren't so big that I would have even noticed yesterday. They have shrunk about 80% just since yesterday. I guess I have little piggies for chicks lol
