Crop Poblems

I have 1 hen who is having some problems with her crop. Yesterday it felt slightly squishy but I thought it may be emptying as it was at night, though when I checked a few of my other hens they had nice hard crops. I smelled her breath and it stunk, but then I don't know what a chickens breath is supposed to smell like. Anyways checked around noon and she has no crop. She has food and water. She acts normal running around when set out to freerange. You think there is a problem? It just seems weird their is no crop.

And to any of you who helped with my chickens respitory problems just thought I would let you know they are all doing great!
