Cross beak chick 1 week old

Hi all. We went to the feed store to get some food and one of the employees noticed a chick with a crooked beak. She asked my family if we could take her and care for her. We of course said yes. Is there any way to fix it? She is having trouble eating.

Do you have any photos?
If she is having trouble you can try feeding her wet chick starter. Add warm water to some chick feed, mix to about the consistency of oatmeal, put it in a slightly deeper bowl/dish so she can "scoop" her food.
