Hopefully others will chime in, but I don't believe there's much you can do about the beak except keep it trimmed/filed when you see her struggling.
I would also try to keep her beak cleaned, that may be a challenge, but feed can clog the nostrils and harden in there, then you will have a job of digging it out. Also clean any debris, excess feed, etc., out of her beak. This way it doesn't sour, harden or fester.
Is she gaining weight? You may want to weigh her now and track the weight. Sometimes a beak may get worse as they mature. Sadly sometimes there may be other developmental issues as well - hard to know. But many people here on BYC have special needs birds that do very well.
I recently took in a scissor beaked Faverolle hen who is seven years old! She definitely is good at getting her needs met! My hubby has trimmed her beak once. He just tried to make sure the bottom and top connect so she could eat. It’s harder for her to pick things up.
One thing she loves is “oatmeal”. I soak regular pellets with some rolled oats and put in fruit bits. I make a big serving for everybody and put hers in a separate small bowl. I feed her away from my feisty younger hens but usually she shares her oatmeal with her two pullet buddies.
as I mentioned she’s seven years old and we’re getting five cute blue eggs a week. I’m glad we adopted her. She is so cute! So there’s hope for your chick. Just make sure she gets enough to eat.
