Here's a picture of our chicken, Dolly Madison, with her cross bill . . . is this a problem? She is growing, but not as fast as the other hens. She's quite meek and waits for the others to finish at the feeding dish before she starts.

I had a cross beak Silkie last year. It wasn't too bad at first, but got worse with time. The poor thing died after about six weeks. It's beak got gradually worse to the point that it had trouble eating and drinking. After watching this happen I decided to cull quickly if I have another.

Hopefully your's won't be as bad. I've heard of many who get along fine. I can't tell in the pic how bad it is. My chick's upper and lower beak was almost at right angles.
