From what I have learned I think you will get all IB split to pied, but I could be wrong

Hopefully someone with more experience than me will know.
 
If the male is pure blue(in other words, not split for white or pied) and the hen is "loud pied"(white patches) the chicks will be all india blues, with half being split pied and half split white.
 
a split pied would look like an India Blue. I have a blackshoulder split pied that looks like a BS, any bird split to pied will not show pied but carry the trait. here is a pic of a BS that is split pied, looks just like a pure BS:

One very good reason to keep good breeding records.

Pied carry , white gene and pied gene, as Stated above when mate with non pied , some chicks with take one of the other.
So to get pied from these chicks, mate one with no white flights(split pied) to one that has white flights(split white)=some pieds.
