Cross breed question

So I have a beautiful Chocolate English Orpington rooster and I want to breed him with my Americauna girls. I know the chicks will be considered Easter Eggers. Will they lay Brown or Green/Blue eggs?

My understanding of EEs is that they could lay any of those colors, but only one their whole life. I have an EE pullet who just began to lay and she lays green.
