Crossing Brahmas

I had a Lemon Blue Cochin that I crossed with my Dark Brahma hens. The chicks hatched either blue or black. Some chicks are heavy feathered like the Cochin. If I wanted to start my own flock of Black Brahmas, what would the next step be?

I am also thinking of crossing the blues that are closest in confirmation to a Blue Partridge Brahma rooster. Does anyone know what color this might result in?
