If I wanted to get wheaten into a breed, what would be the best colour to cross with? Would wheaten hens or cocks work best? Generally, what is the most efficient way to do this?

Wheaten is about the most recessive allelic mutation of the e allele. What type of breed are you trying to introduce this into? Most breed already have wheaten into them
