crouching hen/mating injury?

I would appreciate any advice...
I have a hen who is crouching when walking instead of normal posture when walking and she wants to sit more than her normal hunt and peck activities . this is the second time. first time i separated her for a couple days, then let her out she seemed ok after a day or so. two days ago it happened again crouching when walking. i separated her again. she is eating good,laying her eggs,and her stools are fine.???? I'm guessing she is being hurt from my rooster? I have four hens he mates with, so she is not the only one. just not sure.? thanks for any input.

Could be from mating, especially if he's a lot heavier than she is or she doesn't get into a good position before he mounts. Chickens can also develop joint diseases, infectious or not, in the hip or "knee."
