New here! We got 6 chickens from a farm down the street in February and they're all about 16-17 weeks old now. They're all mixed breeds I'm sure, but if someone has a breed guess I'd love to hear it, because I have no clue :)

Anyway, The two "white" ones started crowing a couple weeks ago, so that probably means they're roosters.... but I'm in a bit of denial about the big white/black one.... it's just so pretty! :( Any chance he's a she that just likes to crow? lol
The two black ones are most likely roosters with those awesome tail feathers and the two gray ones are probably female? maybe? Completely new to this so any help would be great. There are no rules about roosters here, but we don't want to bother neighbors, so as soon as we're certain about the roosters we'll have to get rid of them.

If they're crowing thats a pretty sure sign! Not sure if you're still curious about breeds, but the black and white one looks like a light brahma crossed with a wyandotte, or maybe an easter egger as some of the other chickens seem to have the bearded cheek thing easter eggers get. The white and buff one also probably a brahma/easter egger mix. The black and grey one and the black roo look like easter egger crosses too (though they are a mutt breed anyway, dut dont know how you tell what a 'pure' easter egger looks like).

I have no idea on the grey one with a black head, but she sure is pretty!

I agree, those pretty grey birds are hens and everyone else is a rooster. You'll need to remove a lot of those roos, or separate the hens, or work out something to prevent your hens from getting overmated.
