Crows?

Should I be worried about the crows?
I literally just watched one attack, grab, and then fly off with a chipmunk.
I know they will eat eggs and keep the haws away, but will they bother my chickens?

It has been posted that they are a threat to eggs and chicks. Generally not to grown chickens.
