Crushed egg in hand!!! :/

What are you feeding the hens and others? Layer pellets? scratch? free range? greens? kitchen scraps??

Layer pellets available in feeder in chix house. Each morning I scatter about 1 cup scratch in their yard for their scratching all day. They have stripped all greens from their yard so once or twice a day I let them out into a portable "corral" to work the weeds in the big garden. Ocassional kale, watermelon, blueberries...whatever scraps from garden harvest. I have not really gotten in habit of taking kitchen scraps to them. Leslie
