Crushed eggs with chicks under hen

Should we leave the crushed ones under her in case she is in lock down (we have been picking her up then putting her back down off the nest to climb back on but she hasn't been coming off on her own today or yesterday and shes only off for less than 30 seconds when we take her off) or remove them so they don't disease and kill the other chicks?

Yes remove them asap! I check the eggs under my broodies up until hatch day. Even then I peek in on them after they have pipped. Lifting mama long enough to remove the shells will not affect the other eggs.
