crystal thing outside of eggs

It is the first time I see this on eggs.
Yesterday, I set eggs in my bator and everything looked ok.
This evening, I found 2 of the eggs have tiny crystal thing on the shell. It is hard to remove and looks like tiny crystal is growing on shell.
What does this mean? Should I remove them from bator so it doesn't spread to other eggs?
Is it like disease??
I have hatched eggs 5 times so far and never seen like this before.
I didn't see it this morning, because I hand turn the eggs three times daily.

you have a very small crack in the shell and your crystal thing is the thin white dried, i'd toss that one, its probably not good

Yep, I have had this happen too. The egg is seeping and needs to be tossed.
