Cubalaya gender

I have 3 cubalaya chickens. They are really cool to watch! I have 2 that look similar and one whose tail sits just a tad different (top picture). Some say I have all 3 hens but I think the top one is a rooster. What do you think?
... it’s hard to get all 3 together for a picture. But the other one looks like the picture in the middle. The last picture I think the “rooster” is the one with the back towards me.

All three close by. Wow! I was actually really hoping one was a rooster. They are beautiful. The one who I thought was a “rooster” is not shy compared to the other two. It’ll come up and almost attack you like a rooster would. I’m learning here. Thanks for the replies!
