Cuckoo maran chicks hatched may 1st

So another cm thread has me wondering if my 2 are pullets. One is lighter than the other.

They're still young and I'm no expert..! But from the whole idea that CMs can typically be sexed by color - I do see a notable difference in that last chick pictured. You know I'm in the same boat..! My four have me super stumped.

I just looked again and my lighter one has the darker comb and little wattles, not the opposite way around like i said in the other thread . .. sigh.
