Cuckoo maran frizzle??

My maran chicks feathers are starting to look funky...could she be a frizzle?

It's possible, but it also could be from rubbing on the bars of the cage. Usually you can tell by the wing feathers.

Can you post some pictures without the red light?
The bird doesn’t look to be a Frizzle.
