Cuckoo Maran - Hen or Rooster?

Hello,

I did post this question at the earlier stages of this chickens life, but now I have new concerns.

This chicken is starting to crow and this poses potential issues as I live in city limits. IF you don't mind giving me your opinion as to what gender this chicken might be.

I am also concerned if it's a confused "hen" as she is the biggest and is possible just taking on the "traits" of a rooster. In any case I need her to stop crowing. IF this is the case would the laying of eggs make her realize who she is?

I’m sorry but that’s not a confused hen, that’s an obvious cockerel - pointy saddle feathers are the giveaway.
