Cuckoo maran or barred rock? Hen or roo?

Hi! I’m adding a bunch of pictures but I’m curious if this is a cuckoo maran or a barred rock and if this is a pullet or cockerel?
When I picked up I was told he/she was 8 weeks, so we’re about 11 weeks now.

BRs have yellow skin and Marans have white skin so if it's one or the other it's a Marans.

Cuckoo Marans, I’m thinking cockerel.

I'm going with Cuckoo Marans and pullet. By 11 weeks old, I think the comb is still small enough to be a female and it's still pale. Just a guess on my part.
