Cuckoo Marans rooster?!

I have a Cuckoo Marans I purchased that was sold as a day old, sexed as a pullet but it already has comb and wattle development compared to the Barred Rock I purchased along with it. I would like other opinions please! Both are around 7 weeks old, picture of both for comparison.

I would agree he’s a cockerel. A pullets comb shouldn’t grow and redden until they’re 16 weeks+.

The chick on the right is a cockerel for sure, 100%.
