I ordered some silkie eggs and one of them turned out to be the cuckoo pattern,what color would I breed to to keep that pattern going?

Blacks. Cuckoo is simply the barring gene on a black chicken.

Magically take away the barring gene from a barred rock, dominique, anything barred or cuckoo and you will see a solid black chicken.

Cuckoo (crele or barred) is a pattern, not a color. It is sex-linked barring, and is passed on the same as the barring in Barred Rocks. Hope that helps
