Cuckoo polish if crossed with white polish?

i have a cuckoo polish female and if I cross her with a white faveorus polish Male, will I get chicks that are cuckoo polish ?

Also how does one get polish frizzle breed?

Polish frizzles are a silkie polish cross I believe I want one so bad....

Actually it's also gene trait so maybe I'm wrong lol

Your Polish have to carry the frizzle gene to pass it on. You'll need to acquire a frizzled Polish to put into your breeding program. Frizzling does happen spontaneously but its very rare. White can be recessive and dominant. You won't know if your whites are recessive or not until you breed them. If you produce mostly white offspring then you whites are dominant white. If you produce mostly cuckoo or black then you white are recessive white.

cuckoo x white will produce whites, cuckoo x black will produce black with light barring.
