Culling Criteria

I don't know if this is the best place to put this however;

What is the best criteria for culling?

Ex. quick molt over slow molt, always cull crooked beak, wry feathers, etc.

but I want more than the basics.

Esp. for cochins, polish and egg-producing breeds.

just stuff like look for wide pelvic bones and deep bodies for layers...

whatever you know, put it here.

I just bought the Standard of Perfection. It has all that and more in it. About all breeds of poultry. Great pics too of what to look for and what to weed out.
