the polish appear to be roosters, they have saddle feathers and large Wattles, how old are they. The cochins I'm unsure.

I figured as much with the polish being roo. Although the one with the larger head puff has less of a waddle, still long saddle feathers it seems.

Everyone is about 3 months. Whole flock hatches within a few days of each other

If they are only three months than the Cochin with the big red comb is a rooster too.

I wouldn't think they are Cochin, Cochin have leg feathers.

You are correct, sometimes I don't see everything that is obvious.
