Culling my first roo....

I am getting ready to cull my first rooster. Can have roos here, i waited for him to crow. I figure my family might as well get a meal out of him, wish me luck, have never done this before. i really hope i do it right.

I had never done it either... but it was pretty easy once I got going..... are you plucking or skinning? I started to pluck and ended up skinning LOL But of course I didn't know how to scald them for easy plucking when I did mine

i scalded then plucked it, it really wasnt that hard. I am just coming back to read the next step of what to do, haha.
