I switched the waterers in my CX brooder to these:
....and they are working great. They take up such little space. I have 2 brooders up and running with one of these in each. They are both connected to a 15 gallon barrel resovoir. They have such little water available that it makes it almost impossible for it to get dirty. I was worried they weren't getting enough water from it, so I put a fountain waterer in to see if they all swarmed it, and only a handful come up to it, so I'm sure they getting enough.
Thought I would share. I'll try to get a pic of them in use in my new brooders I am using tonight.
