I love to do ice cream cup cakes .... where you pour the cake mix in the ice cream cones and ice it to look like an ice cream cone

Oh, My mom did these for my birthdayss every year when I was a kid. Yes, you bake them in the cones, then top them with icing when they cool , just like cupcakes. Fill cones 2/3 the way full then bake. I love them, so do all my neices & nephews !

By the way.... That was a very cute story. I know what ASPCA stands for but what is RSPCA ?

LOL Google it and you will find a picture.

You pour the cake batter in the cupcake cones about a 1/2 inch from the top. Place them on a baking sheet and put in the oven and bake like normal cupcakes. Then they will rise above the cupcake rim and look like a big scoop of ice cream. Then you ice it and fix it up like ice cream. THis has been the biggest hit at my dds school and her softball teams.

R usually stands for Royal in something like this, like Royal Air Force, etc., to do with Australia, England and Canada, I believe.

Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Thanks for explaining about the cup cakes, I am definitely going to try them.
