Curious about a prior illness

Back in July my 5 month old Rhode Island Red got real sick. I thought for sure she was going to die. Her illness started with “drooling” and lethargy. I googled that and felt she may have a crop infection or impaction. Her crop was rather distended. We separated her from the others. On day two she had an egg with basically no shell (at this point she was laying daily) and her crop remained full. We gave her apple cider vinegar in water via a dropper since she wouldn’t eat or drink. She then began passing blood. After two days of passing blood/bloody stools her stools started to improve. By day four they were watery but not bloody. By day five she was back to normal. We kept her separated a few more days and put her back with the rest and no one else ever got sick. Since then she hasn’t laid any eggs. Anyone have any idea what the illness was? And will she ever produce again?

It's either bad coccidiosis, internal bleeding from a reproductive issue or warfarin poisoning, glad she survived.
For future note, it's good to keep a coccistat on hand and to not give straight acv.
