I know which of my chicks is leaving this little wet piles, but I don't know why.

They all eat Manna Pure medicated chick food, with a little bit of chick grit mixed in.

The hen in question eats, drinks, and plays just like the others, sleeps a little bit more though, maybe. She had a bout of pasty butt that looks like it's clearing up, but she's been doing this since I brought her home from Rural King.

Should I separate her or get something else going on, or just wait it out?

How old is your chick?
Photos of the chick?
Can you tell me which poop you are concerned about?

In your photo, I see 2 types of poop - which would be right for chickens.
There is what would be called "normal". This is a formed, firm(ish) poop that has a white cap (urates). The other is Cecal poop which is a loose, sometimes watery consistency, it's stinky, sticky and pudding like. A chicken usually has 1 cecal poop out of every 8-10 normal poops. I don't see anything alarming about the poop in your photo.

It's good that you are looking at poop! You will find that this activity along with observing behavior is going to help (hopefully) catch anything "off".
You mention pasty butt is clearing up. Has the chick been constipated, too hot/too cold? How have you been tending to the pasty butt?

I'm concerned about the cecal because it seemed different than the rest of the birds. I bought them Thursday from Rural King, I suspect they were hatched Monday or Tuesday, but honestly don't know.

With the pasty butt, I noticed it chirping loudly and looking like it was trying to poop and having trouble. I soaked their butts in warm water and gently rubbed a paper towel to get everything off, dried them off and put them back in the pen.

I'll have pics of the bird in question wa minute, she's eating now.

Edit: ok I just picked it up and everything looks fine now.

So the cecal is normal then? I have 8 chicks so that explains there being a fair amount.

Yes, cecal poop is normal:)
Poop can be a lot of colors too - from light to very dark - this is why it's good that you are observing behavior and poop. If behavior is off, then there should be concern regardless how "normal" poop looks.

Re-check butts several times a day, a lot of times it seems feed store chicks may have pasty butt - generally it's from shipping stress and the brooder temps may be too hot/cold. It's good that it seems to be clearing up. If any are having a hard time pooping, watch to see they are drinking well. You can also offer wet chick starter if you need to. Vents that look red or irritated, apply a little coconut oil to help heal and keep poop from sticking to fluff.
