Curled toes and waddling backwards

Ok...so I just brought a chick home from school cause I have a big heart.
It is mildly deformed...its toes fold up and under and it makes it hard for it to walk. It is able to stand and lay down...but is there anything i can do for its feet?

You could try little splints taped to its feet. I guess that's what I would try. Good luck.
